What we actually are

Not a trading company
that found a factory.

Most suppliers you meet online start with a catalogue and look for buyers. We started the other way round — with a warehouse in Changsha that has sold salon equipment to Chinese salons every day since 2008.

That means we already know which trolley holds up after two years of daily use, which stool gas-lift fails, and which factory answers the phone when something goes wrong. We are buying these products anyway. Buying them for you as well costs us very little — and it means our interests and yours point the same way.

Every treatment room has one of each — beauty, massage, physio, nails, brows. They are the two products where specifications barely change between markets, which makes them the easiest place for us to start with a new buyer.

Why this matters

The inspection
is the product.

Anyone can forward you a factory price. The part that decides whether an order goes well is what happens in the four weeks after you pay the deposit — and whether someone is standing in the factory when the goods are packed.

Changsha to the Guangdong manufacturing belt is two and a half hours by train. We go. We photograph what we see, including the things you would rather not see, and we send it to you before the container is sealed.

Trolleys and stools are what we quote fastest, but a container does not have to hold one category. Behind them the warehouse carries 1,350 lines for Chinese salons and spas, sorted the way a supplier sorts them rather than the way a catalogue does.
