Jamie Supply warehouse, Changsha

Changsha, China · Trade supply only

Buy from someone
who stocks it,
not from a listing.

Anyone can send you a factory link. We are a family beauty-supply wholesaler in Changsha — since 2008, 1,350 lines on our own warehouse floor, bought from factories we can reach in an afternoon. You order from us, not from a factory we introduce you to. We choose the factory, stand in it while your goods are packed, put several categories into one container, and answer when something is wrong.

What comes
with the goods.

Factory already chosen

We are not guessing from photographs. These factories already supply our own warehouse. We know whose goods last on a salon floor, and whose come back to our counter.

Inspected before packing

We inspect in person before packing, two and a half hours from the Guangdong belt, and photograph what we see — including the things you would rather not see.

One container, several categories

Trolleys, stools, linen and consumables can travel together, on one set of documents, to one destination.

One contact, and the floor behind them

You write to one person, in English, in your hours — no translation chain. Behind that person is a warehouse floor that has sold these lines every day since 2008, so a question about a gas-lift class or a fabric weight is answered by whoever handles it every week. Most answers come the same working day; when we have to go and ask, we say so.

What we actually are

Not a trading company
that found a factory.

Most suppliers you meet online start with a catalogue and look for buyers. We started the other way round — with a warehouse in Changsha that has sold salon equipment to Chinese salons every day since 2008.

That means we already know which trolley holds up after two years of daily use, which stool gas-lift fails, and which factory answers the phone when something goes wrong. We are buying these products anyway. Buying them for you as well costs us very little — and it means our interests and yours point the same way.

What eighteen years on a Chinese salon floor does not tell us is what sells in Melbourne or Manchester. You know that. Send us the model you already sell, or the one you wish someone would change, and we will price it — carton dimensions, container quantity, and what it lands at.

Warehouse aisles
Our own shelves — what we sell you is what we sell here.

Why this matters

You buy from us,
so the risk is ours.

Anyone can forward you a factory price. The part that decides whether an order goes well is what happens in the four weeks after you pay the deposit — and whether someone is standing in the factory when the goods are packed.

Changsha to the Guangdong manufacturing belt is two and a half hours by train. We go. We photograph what we see, including the things you would rather not see, and we send it to you before the container is sealed. If something is wrong it is ours to fix — the order with the factory is ours, not yours.

One company is responsible when a shipment is short, not a chain of them.

How an order runs
Stock held in the warehouse

The rest of the warehouse

Eight categories,
one contact.

Trolleys and stools are what we quote fastest, but a container does not have to hold one category. Behind them the warehouse carries 1,350 lines for Chinese salons and spas, sorted the way a supplier sorts them rather than the way a catalogue does. Open any category and it will tell you what we can already specify and what we would tell you not to bother shipping.

Tell us what you
are short of.

We would rather hear about the gap in your range than send you a catalogue. No minimum enquiry, and we will say so if we are not the right supplier.
